Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping options   

We offer free shipping in the UK through Royal Mail or courier which takes up to 5 business days. We ship internationally through DHL, UPS or other courier for an additional fee. Shipping abroad takes 5-15 working days, depending on a destination country. 

 

 Loss of items  

We ship all products within UK and abroad by Tracked delivery. TTWINN is not responsible for lost items during transit or once items are delivered or signed for.  

 

Returns  

We accept returns of unused products within 14 days following the date we received your order. Products you want to return are shipped to us at your cost. Only unused/undamaged items in their original package will be eligible for a return, if security tag is not attached we cannot accept your item. You can request it to be shipped back to you at your expense. We reserve the right to refuse a return of Goods after the Return Period of 14 days. 

For your safety, make sure to use a trackable and insured service, so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us. Please note that original shipping charges for international packages are non-refundable.  

 

Exchanges  

We accept exchanges of unused products within 14 days following the date you received your order. Products you want to exchange are shipped to us at your cost. Only unused/undamaged items in their original package will be eligible for an exchange, if security tag is not attached we cannot accept your item. You can request it to be shipped back to you at your expense. We reserve the right to refuse a return of Goods after the Return Period of 14 days. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to make a return/exchange?  

To begin a return/exchange, please fill in the form at Contact us page. In the message please include your Order # in the Subject line, whether it is a return or exchange and the reason for it. We will respond promptly with the next steps to manage your return/exchange.  

 

Taxes and Customs

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your country’s custom office to determine what these additional costs are.
